Excellence Through Integrity
What started as a weekly event for Robert and Adrianna during her summer visits has grown into something that has the potential to touch so many. Adrianna’s love for the sport and the entire family’s involvement truly started to ramp up years later when Adrianna moved to Florida full-time.
What was a weekly 45-minute lesson, quickly escalated to where we are today. Adrianna (17), Aiden (15), Khloe (12), and Katie all ride for our family and train on our property, Yuppie Redneck Farm. Seeing the opportunity for marketing, Robert, the owner of RWB Construction Management (RWBCM) and his acute business sense, saw the prospect to expose RWB Construction through the equestrian world lens.
Through many trials and tribulations in the equestrian world, we were privileged to partner with Gianluca Caron, owner of Global Horse Management (the man of doing). RWB Equestrian (RWBE) was established and had the correct leadership to flourish and expand.
Under Gianluca Caron’s professional guidance we set the expectation and the standard of “excellence through transparency”. We set our focus specifically on raising the bar from anything we had seen or experienced to date in the equestrian world.
Today RWB Equestrian has not only met the mark of exposing RWB Constructions brand in Wellington amongst new and existing clients, but we are now shifting our focus on bringing light, publicity, and funding to one of our favorite charities, Mrs. Rina’s House of Blessings & Elev8Hope. “We provide support and hope to struggling families with children! Through educating, training, and inspiring our youth to become compassionate leaders, Elev8Hope’s works to positively impact the community of Martin County by connecting with individuals and families struggling to meet the most basic requirements of daily living.” www.rinashob.org
RWBE continues to grow, producing horses both in the USA and Europe. Our program has the honor of having Gemma Paternoster as our professional rider and part of the team, developing our future sales horses. With continued growth comes continued exposure for our brand, but additionally a charity that we have learned to love.
Robert W. Burrage owner of RWB Equestrian and RWB Construction, alongside his family, are honored to have the opportunity to be part of the journey of Mrs. Rina’s House.
In 2023, RWB Construction’s donations lead to the naming of Casa RWB. A wing utilized for housing and support of single parents with young children transitioning from homelessness to regain independence.
We are honored for the opportunity to utilize RWB Equestrian to further our support of this life changing charity. It is our goal to provide Mrs. Rina’s house of blessing better exposure, more donors, but additionally to raise funds for the expansion of Mrs. Rina’s mission. Robert W. Burrage will donate 100% of net profit from any winnings, sale, or proceeds raised by RWB Equestrian.
A father daughter event, a love for horses, and the want and desire to expose RWB Construction, has morphed into an amazing opportunity for those in need. On August 7th, 2024, RWB Equestrian made its first donation to Mrs. Rina’s House of blessing in the amount of $20,000.00. These funds will go to a backpack drive and to co-sponsor their upcoming charity event. We are so grateful for the generational impact, the mark on this world, and the changes that will be made in the lives of others through a sport we truly love and embrace.
